1. Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through Amirouge.
  2. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing with Amirouge.
  4. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will not apply retroactively.


2. Products and Offers

  1. We sell clothing and accessories. All products on our website are described and displayed as accurately as possible.
  2. Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing, images, or product descriptions are not binding.
  3. Colors may vary due to screen settings. We are not liable for such differences.


3. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Shipping costs for deliveries outside the Netherlands are calculated at checkout.
  3. For deliveries outside the Netherlands (within the EU), shipping costs will also be specified during checkout.
  4. We accept payments via [iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.].
  5. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


4. Delivery & Shipping

Order processing

Orders placed and paid on business days before 3:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Processing refers to the preparation and handover of the order to the shipping carrier and does not constitute delivery.


Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Any delivery times communicated on the website or at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping option. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the applicable shipping costs.


Out-of-stock items

If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated on the website. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified without undue delay. In such cases, the customer will be offered either a replacement product or a refund for the unavailable item.


International shipments, customs & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures or local regulations in the destination country.

5. 

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, have received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us by email at info@amirouge.com or by any other clear statement.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • undamaged
  • returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Liability and Warranty

  1. We guarantee that our products meet reasonable expectations, meaning they should be free from defects and perform as described.
  2. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace, repair, or refund the product, depending on the situation.
  3. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and does not cover indirect damages, such as misuse, loss of profit, or other economic losses.

  1. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
  2. Personal data is only used to process orders and, with your consent, for marketing purposes.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

  3. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
